Talent Quest & Market Day

Excitement is building for our annual Talent Quest and Market Day being held this Friday 7^th November.

This is a day where we celebrate the talents, courage, and bravery of students as they perform in front of the whole school community. Auditions have taken place, and students are busily practicing their acts to build confidence.

Our Prep students will attend as spectators, allowing them to experience the event and gain an understanding of what it's all about.

The Talent Quest will be followed by the ‘Birre Café,’ which will be open to parents and carers in the Art Room from 11:00 to 11:30 am, run by our Junior School Council representatives.

Finally, our Market Stalls will operate from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Prices for Market Day items will vary. Students should bring a named wallet or purse, and small coins will help with giving change. A maximum of $20 is recommended.

Market Day is an integral part of our financial literacy unit, providing students with the real-life experience of preparing for and running a business. Special thanks to our teachers (and parents!) for supporting students in planning, preparing, and running their market stalls.
