At Birregurra Primary School, the Junior School Council (JSC) provides students with a voice in shaping their school community. Comprising representatives from years 3 -6, the JSC empowers students to take on leadership roles, share ideas, and collaborate on initiatives that enhance school life.

Through the JSC, students develop skills in teamwork, communication, and decision-making while contributing to projects and events that promote inclusivity, sustainability, and school pride. Guided by staff mentors, the council fosters a sense of responsibility and encourages active participation in creating a positive and supportive school environment.
