Birregurra Primary School is a vibrant, innovative and genuinely student-centered school. I feel very fortunate to lead a group of highly dedicated and passionate teachers who work tirelessly to maximise student achievement and ensure that the school motto of ‘Living and Learning Together’ is brought to life on a daily basis in all classrooms.

We promote inclusion, acceptance and celebration of difference. We offer a range of programs to cater for the diverse learning needs of our students. We value diversity and strive to provide an inclusive and versatile curriculum with a strong focus on the core subjects of English and Mathematics. We foster student voice and leadership development as evidenced by our active student leadership groups including our Junior School Council team, School Captains and House Captains.

Our students are educated in an exciting, challenging and positive environment where each child is taught and encouraged to enhance wellbeing, overcome challenges and nurture positive relationships.  We have strong links to the community and value the importance of family at the heart of education.

School Council and Parents and Friends work enthusiastically to support the school in a number of areas, including buildings and grounds as well as fundraising to provide a range of additional resources.
